Pregnancy yoga
Pregnancy yoga is a mix of postures (asanas), breathing (pranayamas) and relaxation techniques. It aims to help the mum-to-be to become more self-conscious, more balanced, develop physical strength as well as mental peace during this wonderful journey.
A prenatal yoga session 1h to 1h30
During pregnancy, we practice both dynamic and relaxing movements.
Depending on your condition of the day, mood, and energy level, the practice can be soft or more intense. The most important is to listen to yourself, and we will adapt the session to your needs. The practice will be tailored to each stage of the pregnancy.

Requirement before starting a class: written certificate from your obstetrician.
